Well, a digital camera is always handy to capture every day moments. The camera is a mere tool and we trust our eye to identify moments that you may take for granted. We have hundreds of hours of experience photographing children and use the best equipment to make beautiful and expressive portraits of your child. We follow the classical rules of photography and break them at times :) to create memories that you will cherish for years to come.

We recommend our studio (in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai) equipped with professional lights and an outdoor setting with a park and a play area. Ours is home-studio, so your child would feel comfortable and in case your baby needs to be fed or put to sleep, you can have a room to yourself with complete privacy. However, if you prefer your home setting, we could also visit any place of your convenience, at an additional fee.

The sessions typically take 2 hours and may go up to 3 hours for babies under 6 months to accommodate nap and feed breaks. The idea is to keep the mood relaxed and make sure we all have fun during the session.

We start with newborns (from day 1 onwards) and go up to 9 years of age. However, this is only an indicative range. We’d be happy to shoot older kids, or pair them up with younger siblings.

We also do exclusive photo shoots for mothers-to-be and create pregnancy / maternity portfolios.

One child at a time would be ideal but we could accommodate two children along with their parents in one session. It takes some time for people to warm-up and allow interesting pictures to be taken with natural emotions and not a “say cheese expression”. Hence if we try to cover too many people in the shoot, there won’t be enough time to do justice to the portraits.

Clothing choices are important and color coordinated (not uniform look) clothes are recommended especially when you have a sibling or family portrait done. For boys, casuals like jeans, shorts, khakis with t-shirts in solid colors with no distracting text on them work very well. Accessories like hats or caps can add an element of interest to your portraits.

For girls, the clothing options are unlimited and you can totally dress them up :). However, take care that the clothes and accessories don’t take the focus away from your daughter’s face. Shoes or sandals should be comfortable and simple to remove and put back. If we are shooting at your home, I could help you choose the outfits.

3 outfit changes would be ideal.

After the photo session, we might have anywhere between a few dozen to hundreds of shots. We will handpick about 20 photos and then post-process them to perfection. This takes between 2 to 3 weeks.

Apart from giving you digital files (JPGs) on a personalize DVD, we will also give you 20 prints (6" X 8").
We also create artistic photo books & albums at an additional fee.

Yes, we do create portfolios customized for advertising, acting and modeling. We will work out a package and also arrange for a make-up artist based on your needs.

50% of the fee is payable in advance on booking the shoot and the balance on delivery of the photos.

We understand that certain circumstances might prevent a comfortable shoot on the agreed date. We will send you an email confirming a reschedule valid for 60 days from the cancellation date. In case you cancel the session twice, the advance will be retained by Chubby Clicks. However, we are sure that you wouldn’t let that happen. Also, in case the rescheduling doesn’t happen within 60 days due to unavoidable circumstances, we may offer an extension on a case to case basis.

You may book the date in advance if it is for a special occasion like a birthday. Or we will give you a gift voucher with a 90-day validity period.
